How to control the Lytmi LED Light Strip?
Are the lightstrips waterproof?
IP54 waterproof LED light strips come with non-waterproof control boxes and power adapters, designed for bathroom and indoor.It is not recommended to use the box and lights in humid environment.
Why My LED lightstrip and light bars can not sync with TV?
While LED lightstrip and light bars can be controlled individually on Lytmi Home App, it is required to have the Fantasy series Sync box in the Lytmi fantasy kit in order to enable sync mode for them.
The Sync box can send out signals of the input device to the TV light bars and ceiling light strips.
Therefore we suggest you purchase the fantasy essential kit if you need the TV light bar and LED lightstrip to sync with the TV.
Can I cut the strip lights to any length I want?
1. The TV light strip in the fantasy kit can NOT be cut.
2. The individual Lytmi LED Light Strip (Ceiling light strip) can be cut, but please note that it does not support extension function anymore if you cut the LED light strip.

The product itself is great however Lytmi appears to have stopped selling the extension light strips so this product isn't actually long enough for what I am using it for and I can't easily fix that. They might have put it back in stock but at the time of this purchase, I couldn't find it anywhere

So I have the Neo Synch Box 2.0 for my TV and I have three Led strip kits in sync with it for left/right of the room and under my desk.
The strips are great quality and durable and the brightness and colours are brilliant.
Once you can overcome the setup and manage to get them all talking to each other they work in synch really well (as long as your WiFi stays at 2.5ghz) I have had to fully disable 5Ghz band on my router just because if I switch everything off at the plug then when I switch on again they don't like to reconnect very well and I need to go through the whole setup again.
Some improvements I would suggest:
1. It's very difficult (or impossible) to bent these strips 90° to go around corners, they bend forward and back but side to side is not possible and this makes fitting for some shapes very hard. I could suggest the ability to cut and add 90° clips that allow for this.
2. I have three strips close to each other, that means 3 plugs and three WiFi boxes. It seems unnecessary when a different power adaptor could be used and all three be connected together. There seems to be no option for this.
3. This is for the Neo Sync box 2.0 but it seems to run very hot when in 4k 120hz. Adding a small fan and allowing adequate cooling would increase lifespan of the unit and prevent possible fires.
Overall Lytmi is still the best solution for TV sync Led kits overall! I hope you keep innovating and making even better products in the future!

We want to take the TV lighting to the next level. We have the Neo 3 and we want to extend the lighting to the whole wall. I was confused on how to do it and it was trial and error, I finally realized that we need to buy 4 led strips to sync 1 for each side of the screen (I think so, we already have them, but we haven't installed them yet).

I brought two of these to go along side the fantasy 3 kit I had philips hue before swapping to lytmi. Lytmi is 100% a better product in the way it displays the lights from the tv. I have 4 more to order to complete the front room. The lights are packaged well and good quality will definitely be buying again and telling people who want ambilight to buy from lytmi

Installation is easy, latence with synchronisation is correct. More led/meter will be very better effect, in picture it's not thé official led strip but an other strip with 96 LEDs/m, effect IS sont better. I use different solution before buy on lytmi and ur application is very poor on options. U Can add many feature for many things, contrast, sharpness, color of wall, create Real scene etc etc
