How does Lytmi TV backlight work?

1.Lytmi Neo Sync Box supports devices with an HDMI connection. The HDMI device must be plugged into the Neo sync box with an HDMI cable. Smart TV apps and their related services are not supported as their signal doesn't pass through the Sync box to process via an HDMI cable.


2.Please download “Lytmi Home” app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Please note that you should allow access requests to your phone's Bluetooth, Location and WIFI for the app to function properly as required by the App provider.


3.Please ensure that you are using the 2.4 GHz network Wi-Fi connection (Currently 5G is not supported, we are working on it). Most routers nowadays come with "dual band" WiFi. That means they have both 2.4G and 5G WiFi bands. We suggest to search for "How to tell if you have 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi" if you are not sure.

How can I control lights via Alexa or google assistant?

How can I adjust the lightstrip length?
For the 27 - 55 inch & 90 - 120 inch kit, the lightstrip can be cut to any size that fit the TV. For 55-85 inch kits, the extra cables can be arranged by the fixing brackets on the back of the TV, the corner black cables can be extended or looped to fit the TV size range.

What is the difference between different sync mode?

The lights in sync mode will have different light effects.


The Video light produces fewer colors than recreation or game light in case of distraction when watching the video.

In other words, the recreation and game lights will have more colors to show.


And the degree of diffusion is used to adjust the speed of the color changing in sync mode.

The higher it is, the faster the color changes. The suggested degree is about 60%.

Why is Wi-FI 2.4G required for the app to work?

Lytmi Home app is one of the IOT devices that requires you to use their app to set up the Wi-Fi connection for the device.

This is why many IOT devices state they are only compatible with 2.4 GHz networks or may prevent you from connecting them if your mobile is currently connected on 5 GHz.

Nicht schlecht aber zu kurz

Funktioniert mit Samsung S95C connect Box. Die Ecken sind nicht ganz ausgeleuchtet bei meinen 65 Zoll Gerät ein paar centimeter in jeder Ecke. Für den Preis sollte es perfekt sein. Manchmal sind die Farben nicht richtig. Licht strahlt auch nicht ganz soweit auf die Wand aber der Effekt ist zumindest vorhanden. Ich hatte mehr erwartet

Great Product, better than the competition.

Other versions of this product are not as good as this. They are not as accurate, and this Lytmi is fast, as in Instant fast, faster than the competitors & lasts longer than the competition and i had the fancy 1 and that 1 just stopped working and died after 1.5 weeks. Lytmi is THE 1 of all the choices to go for.

Works As Intended

Was a bit skeptical, but the sync box has been fantastic for my PS5 and Chromecast. Specs are as advertised - works with HDR, VRR, and ALLM. The only complaint I have was early on, it would constantly lose signal, so it was annoying having to restart the device and constantly replug the HDMI to fix the issues. I think you have to really push down on all the plugs and connections otherwise the issue keeps happening, so keep that in mind when hanging things for cable management. Otherwise, the lights are fantastic and I'm happy with my purchase.
